A unique feature of our rental property is our daily cleaning service & our on-site staff, there to lend a hand and make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We will work with you during your stay to schedule a convenient time to do what is needed inside the house while you are enjoying the pool & patio deck, relaxing on the beach below the property (weather permitting & seasonal) or out exploring the island, all the while the staff completes their daily cleaning inside.

Your on-site staff & concierge can help with anything you may need during your stay, such as errand running for snacks & beverages, grocery shopping, ordering taxis to the home, local recommendations, luggage disinfecting upon arrival, and even complementary laundry service!
Beach Set-Up Service

Seasonal & weather permitting: Our staff will carry down & set up your choice of beach gear from our collection for you to enjoy such as beach towels, umbrellas & chairs, snorkel gear, bodyboards, sand toys, and coolers to name a few options! This service requires 2 to 3 hours notice, or for an early morning set-up, please request the evening before. Please see Beach Access for more information.

We are happy to introduce you to the island we love and call home, utilizing our years of experience and local connections. Included during your stay is our friendly concierge who lives locally on the island. This complementary service is available to help you plan the perfect, stress-free vacation and ensure your every desire has been anticipated. Planning starts from the minute you book, offering our expertise in transportation from the airport to the island.

Let us pre-stock your fridge with your favorite drinks and snacks, arrange a golf cart to be delivered to the home, book airport transportation, plan an excursion out on the water (sunset cruises, snorkeling, fishing & more!), or help with restaurant recommendations based on your preferences.

Upon arrival, we will greet you at the property to make sure you are settled, give you the keys and a welcome tour of the home. During your stay we are just a text or phone call away.

For an additional cost, we offer chef services; we offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack / appetizer menu that may be added onto to a meal or ordered separately, and also a dessert menu.

Breakfast includes one main entrée, a seasonal fresh fruit platter, and a variety of beverages, including water, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice. Lunch & Dinner include one main entrée selection with sides and soda. For more details on pricing and inclusions, please click "view our menu" below.

Please be courteous that this service is in addition to our staff's daily cleaning tasks, so if you choose to add-on this service, this may affect the time cleaning begins.

Meal services are available starting at 8:00 AM, and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. All desserts must be ordered 48 hours in advance.

A 50% deposit is required to book a meal' all deposits and payments will be made directly with the House Manager.
