CANCELLATION POLICY
-
For a full refund, the guest must cancel reservation within 72 hours of booking the reservation and at least 14 full days prior to check-in time (shown on the contract at time of booking)

After 72 hours: Guests who cancel more than 90 days before check-in, will get back 50% of the total reservation amount due (if reservation has been paid in full).

After 72 hours: Guests that cancel 90 days or less, but more than 15 days before check-in, this reservation is not refundable.

Travelers must cancel by 3:00 P.M. (local time Isla Mujeres, Mexico) on the previously mentioned cut-off dates to receive a refund.

If a guest decides to leave the house prior to their check out date, the nights not spent at Casa Ensenada are nonrefundable.

All service fees collected by PayPal are non-refundable upon any cancellation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Payment of your deposit is deemed as a complete acceptance and agreement of the Terms & Conditions for Casa Ensenada. As part of these Terms & Conditions, you and your guests, also agree to indemnify all the owners and staff of Casa Ensenada from any claim for liability for loss of personal property or belongings, personal injury or death or any claim whatsoever resulting from your stay at Casa Ensenada or for services arranged on your behalf.
