Casa Ensenada’s Penthouse Apartment is only available to be rented out with the lower two levels at select times of the year, and for that reason it is truly a special experience. The unit is located on the third level of Casa Ensenada and has beautiful ocean views in every single room, as well as a stunning view of the island and ocean on the large terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor seating and a high rise table for four to enjoy the incredible views. Additionally, there is a jetted bathtub for the ultimate relaxation experience.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas oven and range, as well as all of the appliances and cooking equipment you may need to prepare a meal, or may hire our staff to do so for you. There is an eat-in kitchen table with seating for four, as well as living and dining room space with a six-person dining room table, large wrap around couch and smart TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, large closet, smart TV and sliding door access to the terrace. The guest suite also has its own private bathroom, closet, and smart TV, as well as a desk. A unique feature of this apartment is its own private washer/dryer, access to a printer, and desk in the guest suite, for anyone who may need a work space while on their trip. Both suites have a large safe that fits most laptops, for your convenience.

This unit has its own private stairwell entrance, as well as a connecting door between the third and second floor, that is open and unlocked when the entire house is rented together.

Arrangements

In the entire home, there are 13 sleeping spaces in beds, but we can host up to 15 guests comfortably with our extra sleeping arrangements.

We will allow up to 15 total guests on the property. Both children and adults are included in this total. The advantage to renting the Penthouse Apartment, is the extra space it provides for your family, and of course the beautiful ocean views. 

Guest Access

The house has 4 levels in total; the Main House (Levels 1 & 2), the Penthouse Apartment (Level 3), plus the service level below level 1. When you rent the Entire Home, you have access to levels one through three.

The laundry room is located on the service level, which you have access to, but we also offer a free laundry service during your stay (no dry cleaning). There is an additional private washing machine & dryer on the third level. Please note, one staff member lives on the service level.

The upstairs apartment has its own separate entrance, if you prefer to use it. It also has a connecting door to the main house on level two that will be unlocked when the entire house is rented together. The Main House (levels 1 & 2) may be rented on its own, without level three.
